Come posso creare un account?

È possibile creare un nuovo account cliccando sull'omino in alto a destra della homepage. Si aprirà una pagina: cliccare su REGISTRAZIONE e compilare il modulo. Per creare un account sono necessarie le seguenti informazioni: nome, cognome, indirizzo e-mail e una password personale. È possibile modificare le informazioni personali in qualsiasi momento. Queste informazioni sono riservate e non saranno trasmesse a terzi.

Do I have to register to buy?

Are the items on sale original?

VITTORIOCITRO is an authorized dealer of all the brands present online and in our Roccapiemonte store. VITTORIO CITRO BOUTIQUE and its official website feature authentic garments, shoes and accessories from the most important brands in the fashion industry.

Are out of stock items restocked?

If a size is not available, it means it is out of stock and unfortunately we don't know if it will be restocked later in the season.

What are pre-orders?

On the VITTORIOCITRO website it is possible to pre-order items whose arrival is expected in the following months.

When will my order be shipped?

Items already available are shipped in 1 working day from Monday to Friday at 12:00. During the sales or promotions period, shipments may take longer.

Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are available in stock, as per the terms indicated in the confirmation email received at the time of the order.

What are the shipping costs?

In Italy, shipping is free for orders over € 99

Can I cancel an order?

We understand that you may change your mind after a purchase, but at the moment it is possible to cancel an order only before it is processed. You can check the order fulfillment status on your user page.

How to make a return?

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size / color change, store credit or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. All you need to do is send a return request to the address RESI@VITTORIOCITRO.IT.

How are refunds made?

If you have made a return, the refund will be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier.
As soon as the return has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation email.

The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase and cannot be changed
